Shuttlesport Prince George North Central Badminton Academy

In September 2000, Lisa Davison, started a small youth badminton club at the PG Civic Centre.  Initially it was aimed at offering more court time to those players who played at their high school after the regular season was over.  Since then it has expanded and now provides lessons to players grades 2 to adult, resources & workshops for teachers & coaches as well as sessions for Pacific Sport Northern BC & Northern Star Kids.  Thanks to the partnership in 2004 with the College of New Caledonia & the partnership in 2009 with CEO, Al Mawani, at Shuttlesport International in Coquitlam, we continue to build a successful program and future.
